Ocellaris fungus/brooklynella? (Video and pictures)

I just recently bought this aquacultured ocellaris, to give with my much smaller orange one, that I've had for two months time.

On the day of the purchase (8 days ago) I noticed a small white spot on the anal fin. I since then kept an eye on the little guy, and now it looks as if it's starting to spread.
I've had the fish for about a week, and he's very active and constantly hungry. I feed him twice a day with combination of formula one flakes, omega one flakes, nori and frozen mysis. I've also treated him with live food twice this week as well.
His breathing seems to be normal and he's getting along very well with the other ocellaris and a lawnmower blenny, in the QT.

I don't have any medicine at hand, and I want to know what action I should take, before it might be too late.

I apologize for the blurry quality. Still working on how to link videos on RC...

I have lost quite a few clowns (all true perculas) to Brook. On the onset of the disease they all had clamped fins which yours doesn't have. It could be just Ich (Cryptocaryon) if anything or he's just rubbing on substrate/live rock.

The white spots aren't spots anymore. They're more like of white powder. He still eats a ton, breathes normally, doesn't rub his skin, and loves to hang out with the other tank mates. I gave him a FW bath and that didn't seem to do anything at all.

I'm at a complete loss. It's been two weeks and there's no obvious health issues.

A quick update to close the topic.

A series of fresh water dips and baths over a period of two weeks ended up working miracles. Whatever fungus or parasite that was causing the mucus layer to overreact has since subsided down to almost nothing.
The baths took a heavy toll on the little guy and I wouldn't recommend anyone doing it, without doing extensive research on this method of treatment.
That being said everything worked out great and everything is as it should be.
