I just recently bought this aquacultured ocellaris, to give with my much smaller orange one, that I've had for two months time.
On the day of the purchase (8 days ago) I noticed a small white spot on the anal fin. I since then kept an eye on the little guy, and now it looks as if it's starting to spread.
I've had the fish for about a week, and he's very active and constantly hungry. I feed him twice a day with combination of formula one flakes, omega one flakes, nori and frozen mysis. I've also treated him with live food twice this week as well.
His breathing seems to be normal and he's getting along very well with the other ocellaris and a lawnmower blenny, in the QT.
I don't have any medicine at hand, and I want to know what action I should take, before it might be too late.
I apologize for the blurry quality. Still working on how to link videos on RC...
white mucus on the stomach
notice the white hue and spot on the anal fin
notice the brown/golden hue on the middle bar
