Chris (reefkoi) will be hosting the October meeting at his house (date and exact time TBD) and I've been asked to do an acrylic presentation... Due to the tools, space and mess required to do this, it will require me to have the presentation at my house. Chris lives in Peyton and I also live on the East side of town so it shouldn't be too large of a detour for anyone other than Chris and Russ (sorry guys!!!

Here's where YOU come in... I need to know if you would prefer to meet at my house prior to the meeting or following the meeting... The pro's to meeting at Chris's first is that you can eat immediately and don't have to stand around, the pro's to meeting at my house first is that there won't any time constraints on Chris to tell us all about MACNA!!! It's your call though so cast your vote for when you would prefer to meet for the acrylic presentation: Before or After the club meeting.
I'll be doing a glass drilling demo, along with cutting, bending, routing and welding acrylic...
Todd (racer69) will be bringing his Oceanic cube which we will drill the back and silicone in a mini overflow box. I hope to see everyone there!

I don't think it's fair for me to host a meeting since I currently don't have a tank setup (yet... maybe in a month or two) and with winter sneaking up on us, I need warm temps to do the acrylic demo (we'll be outside for this and working/welding acrylic isn't good in the cold). If I don't get the demo done this month, it will have to wait until next year when it's warmer... My demo will take about and hour maybe 2 if everyone would like a chance to work with the materials and tools. Ideally I'd like to see my presentation happen around noon and the club meeting start at 2 but it's completely up to you so tell us your thoughts.
