I checked on the AV stuff and everything is available. Are you still planning to show the video that didn't work last time?

Ron, we need to do whatever AV stuff is going to be done at the beginning of the meeting because we'll have family in from out of town and Sunday is the only day we can get everyone together. If we get the AV stuff done at the beginning of the meeting we can leave early. I'm going to be out of town Friday and Saturday so if you need me to do anything else I'll need to know before Wednesday because I'll be baking Thursday. I'm going to make oatmeal cookies.
