We have received number of complains regarding delays and lock of comunication in which CoralVue is handling warranty claims on their line of Octopus products.
In order to make resolution of warranty issues quicker and more convenient for our customers, we will handle all future warranty claims directly instead of refereeing them to manufacturer.
In order to report a problem or to troubleshoot a product simply call us during our business hours or send us an email.

I'm one of the few that have had problems. I sent you an email a couple minutes ago to set up the return of my skimmer. However, every time I've tried to call your business phone line it never completes the call.

Why did yall send my skimmer back then,and tell me there's nothing that you can do about it to take it up with Coralvue?
 
Tim,
Couple weeks ago we sent you replacement impeller for your skimmer. That should take care of inconsistent start ups.
Please let me know if you received that package.
