Octopus video off Kona Village Resort

Hey Folks,
Been a while since I posted here at RC. I just got back from a trip to the Big Island where I used this cool little waterproof (down to 5 feet only) digital camcorder (Sanyo, Xacti) while snorkeling. The image isn't too good here cuz it got Youtubed, but I was so excited to see the octopus doing this thing, hunting for crustaceans and what not. Enjoy!

On a side note... I love the waters there in Kona... Some great snorkeling and diving there!!!!

Yeah, I love snorkeling on that coast north of Kona. Not to mention Kealakekua Bay and Place of Refuge. So excellent!

Plus, I had my first SCUBA dive on this trip! I took an introductory course, learned some basic skills and went for a 45 minute shore dive to about 15' depth. I'm sooooo hooked now! I can't wait to get certified!
