Odd bump

I have had a blue face in quarentine for 5 weeks. About 12 days ago I noticed an odd bump on his side,almost like a blister.He has been through prazi x2....no change.It almost looked like the scales were coming off at that spot for a day or so...but didn't.He eats well and swims around,picks at the rocks.No scratching or other odd behavior.Any ideas?

Identical to what my blueface has too! Not sure if it's lympho but it comes and goes. Sometimes it'll show up on the other side of the fish too, but I ignore it for now and hasn't affected my BF in any way. Never gets bigger or spread to other fishes, etc

How long has yours had it ?Did he have it when you first got him or start after?

Dont be to worry about that bump, it will eventually go away... just keep him healthy and fat and thing will come out good...

Thing is,if it can be/needs to be treated, now is the time,while he is still in QT.Once in the DT forget about getting him out again.
