Odd problem(?) /question

As I was finishing up a 20% water change on my tank, I noticed something strange being tossed around on the currents. I stuck my hand in the tank and retrieved it. At first, I wasn't sure what it was; two small disks, stuck back to back; but after taking a sniff of them, I realized, my son had tried to feed my fish a couple of Wintergreen Altoids. They had to be in the tank at least a week.

Since I was already done with the water change and nothing seems the worse for wear, should I do anything else? BTW after the WC, my skimmer is going nuts.

I can't imagine there's much more you could do.... I'd replace the carbon..... Good luck, keep us posted....

I can't believe an altoid would last a week without dissolving.
