Has anyone tried soaking their frozen food in these particular gel caps. About $6.00 a bottle of 100 caps at 1000mg. strenghth. Certainly cheaper than garlic guard, extreme etc? Any insight would be much appreciated.

Thanks not so much concerned about the oil just wondering if the benefits people talk about of garlic would be a good way to go considering so cheap. Thanks

If you just want to be cheap, go buy a garlic clove and squeeze it, then drain the juice into your food and feed it after it's soaked in a while. That will be the most natural, freshest way to introduce garlic into your tank for cheap.

Personally, I wouldnt use the pills either unless it says on the ingredients only 100% garlic "juice' used. I would bet there are other things in the pills, stabilizers and preservatives and who knows what else, that I wouldnt want to place into my tank un-needed.

Thanks that equals two nays- I'll try fresh garlic. Just didn't think fresh garlic would have enough juice. Thanks the pills are out then.

I tried the pills once and it wouldn't soak into the food and then just created a slick on the water's surface so I would go natural and just squeeze a garlic clove through a press.

Funny the oil comment because I use fish oil capsules in my food. But only 3 drops.
