So, I had a round of interviews last week for a new job in Philadelphia, and it looks promising that Ill have a job in the next few weeks. Regardless, my wife and I have decided to move in June, six or so weeks after the baby is born, so that she and the baby have some time to recover.
My wife has agreed that we can pack up the tank hardware and take it with us, however, I know that it will be a pain, and something will get broken getting shipped across the country, and it will be expensive...so I am offering the tank for sale.
The thread below shows the tank in its early stages, as well as recent pictures - Ill include some pics below as well.

The tank is a glass 40 breeder - its on a dark "expresso" stained stand. The tank is drilled and has a center overflow and two returns one on each side of the tank.
20g sump split into 3 compartments, skimmer, return, and fuge.
The pumps include a Mag 9 for return through a SCWD as well as a Mag 7.5 for the chiller and the frag tank.
In tank movement is 2 modded tunze 6025's and two modded Koralia 2's.
The tank is lit by a 4x39 T5 TEK fixture, with legs. Its been a great little light for the tank - the bulbs are 12 months old and will need to be replaced soon.
The skimmer is a corallife super skimmer 65 - its actually one of the most consistent skimmers I have ever owned...why pay more when this works!
The calcium reactor is a RK2 reactor, with bubble counter, full of CA and MG media, 5 lb CO2 tank with a regulator, and solenoid. Spare 5g tank as well.
The computer is a Neptune ACIII pro - with PH, ORP and temp probes, DC8 and DC4 HD.
Top off is Tunze osmolator with a CA container - (this is a cheep Kalk reactor essentially).
Chiller is a 1/10th flow through chiller, and fits in the frag tank stand.
Fuge light is a simple PC bulb on a clip.
There is an attached frag tank built by Gen of Kritter tanks - and includes a stand and hood. The frag tank is light by a 4x24 VHO T5 with an ICE Cap 660 ballast. The tank measures 18x18x10 (I think), and is 1/2" acrylic with rounded edges. It holds approximately 75+ frags.
Water movement in the frag tank is two sure flow maxi-mods, controlled by the ACIII Pro to on/off every 40 minutes or so.
Livestock:
pair of very mature ocellaris clownfish, a blue regal tang, and a spawning trio of Royal Gramma. In the frag tank is a pair of P. Flavivertex - sunrise dottybacks and a neon goby. There is a pistol shrimp who lost his Yasha goby some time ago. Various snails, and crabs as well.
The tank is massively overgrown with SPS- you could likely make hundreds of frags off this system, and I recognize that the tank may be hard to move without breaking some of these really nice colonies.
Corals include:
Forest fire digitata
pink digitata
green digitata
purple digitata
10 kinds of Zoanthids - nuclear green, purple death, pink palys, Kvosstra's Blue oragazims, keds reds, false PPE's, etc.
ATL cherry bomb
Tyree-bali -tri color
orange cap
pink polyp cap
ORA blue millepora
Raspberry prostrata
Steve Elias Stag
Leng Sy Cap
Sunset Monti
Poker Star Monti
Rainbow monti
Pink Lemonade
Surf N' Turn
Unknown Tri-color acro
Teal gomezi
ORA green spongodes
Rainbow yuma
Blue ricordia Florida
Pink ricordia Florida
unknown encrusting monti
green M. Undata
I admit that some of the colonies will be fragged in the next week or two, since I am shipping some corals to Philadelphia so that I can re-start my reef with many of my corals again in the future. However, you will have a mature reef for sure!
As for price...its hard to put a number on the value of this tank. Its a 4+ year old mature reef. At this time I am selling the whole setup for $6500. Yes it seems like a lot, but essentially you are getting numerous colonies of very high end SPS corals, as well as top notch parts.
With the tank will come all the extra goodies as well, extra pumps, test kits, Kalk, etc...Its like a garage full of things!
If the tank does not sell as a single piece, I will be willing to sell ONLY the livestock, and I WILL NOT part out the hardware, instead it will move with me. Livestock will be $5000 for everything. otherwise I will begin selling piecewise. The trio of grammas and pair of Pseudos are pending to Fingerwrinkles at this time, if the tank is not sold a complete set-up.
Here are some recent photos of the tank.
Sump, skimmer, drain, phosban, calcium reactor and co2 tank.

Please post here or PM me for questions regarding the tank and/or livestock if you have any questions. We will be moving in June, so I have some time to find a good home for my friends!
