take the colony out and go over it with some tweezers, you should be able to find it.

thanks man but i tried that before i asked on here and couldnt find it....

any other suggestions

thanks
nate

Look at the colony after the lights go out. Give it about an hour. You will be abke to see if it is a zoo peditor causeing them to close.

I use a led flashlight to look for things on the rocks after everything closes for lights out... Helps see the stuff I am looking for without making everything open up again where the flashlight goes.

Sundials aren't the fastest or stealthiest things out there. Most times they'll just lay on top of the zoa colonies munching away at them. A tell-tale sign of their activities is that they seem to leave the skins of their victims - like an empty husk - still attached to the colony. Take out the rocks that you suspect might be harboring sundials and check their undersides for them. They are mostly nocturnal, but will sometimes come out during the day to eat - They are slow movers, so you should be able to catch them without much trouble.
