flood zone wouldn't even be funny considering how many times I have actually flooded the tank room. I have honestly lost count, but I know I had to buy a new shop-vac because the old one rusted out.

couple months ago I installed a new pan world 250 pressure pump as my return, went to bed and woke up with about 50 gallons of saltwater sprayed all over the equipment room, the output line came loose from the pump, thanks to my great installation job, that was memorable, I also have too many to count

along with the saltwater spray a short was created and burned up the wall outlet tripping the circuit breaker, the entire receptacle and drywall around it was black, easily could have started a house fire as we were sleeping :mad2:

Maybe you guys need to hire a plumber to fix your set up properly.You guys should stick to your day jobs and let the trades people do there thing.

yeah, I had a tank room fire myself. my reactor split a seam and shot water onto an outlet. shorted out a variety of things, breakers etc. smoke puffs and dead equipment...2" of water on the floor...I flipped a breaker back on and puff, more smoke.

With my brain damage, I really didn't know what kind of danger I was in. The fire blackened one of the return lines jsut below the tank. I cam very close to a complete tank drain.
