Just to let everyone know I never got a porcupine puffer but im going to. Of course this will be when i get my 125 gallon tank.

i have clowns in my 29, im getting a big tank for the puffer, and a 30 gallon for the seahorses

My LFS told me a pair of clowns would be ok with seahorses (they keep a pair with the seahorses at the store) but damsels are more agressive and should def not be kept with them.
I still wouldnt keep anything with seahorses though besides pipefish. I have a pair of horses with a psychadelic mandarin, 2 hermits & 2 snails and everyone is happy but I wouldnt put another fish in there that would compete for food.

If you want to keep other attractive fish that are peaceful i would recommend gobies or maybe a blenny
