ok...ich seems to have subsided for the most part but fish are left with cloudy eyes.

Is this a different bacteria or just a final stage of the ich or whatever bacteria I had going on.....?

could be just damage to the eyes from the ich in the first place. It could take a few days for it to clear up. You could also have flukes. they like to attack eyes and make them cloudy. If you do have fluke a FW dip is the way to go, but that wouldnt rid them from the whole tank. Just from the fish you dipped.

Probably, in your case, it is a secondary infection.

If it gets worse or not any better you should consider treating them with an antibotic.
