OK, Me too. Macro Pic's

kev, I lost a MH ballast this friday so the lighting on the end of the tank is low. I will take a picture when i get the new ballast.
Trust me those polyps are more purple than the artist formerly known as Prince.

I try not to frag the frags, I want to let it grow first, hell you can hardly see most of my corals they're soo small.

Ok it's about time I put up some pic's of the whole tank. Here are a couple under actinic and actinic + 60/40.

I'm also posting these in the Introduction thread.

Took a few shots tonight and thought I would share. I really want a true macro lens. Maybe at the end of the month.;)

Nice pix, Todd, is that the Acan we fragged here at my house?

Yea Murf, that is the one.:D

That thing was amazing, I would have built a bigger tank before I got rid of it :(
Too bad it was probably killed by the store you traded it in to.
I can't believe how fast it grew to that size, when the conditions are right for them hammers can grow to a huge size, outgrowing almost any size tank!
Well almost any tank ;)

My tank was not to happy when I removed it. I thought it was going to crash for a while. It was such a big part of the ecosystem I'm sure the tank was shocked.

That branching hammer Paul gave me at the first meeting I went to at his house is doing the same thing. I think I'll frag that one periodically to keep it in check.

Yeah since its branching you can frag it easier, when you sold that wall hammer we didn't know wnaything about fraggin otherwise we could have trimmed it a bit!

Now that you cut the galaxia yesterday I think you'll be looking to saw some more stuff won't you LOL

Damn Tim, that thing was awesome!!! I for sure would have built or found a bigger dedicated tank for that baby. How big was it when you got it? And how long did it take to get to that size?

nice fan koi, found mine this morning on the substrate with GHA on it =(

huhhhh, is that an open brain int he middle of the tank? never seen one grow like that.

todd, does your male have a streamer on the top fin? mine had one that passed the tail
