In 2019 I got sick had a 120 gal saltwater tank. Well of course I had to get rid of it. Almost two years ago I got another one this time it 90 gal saltwater with a sump. a couple of weeks brown rocks, salt way to high, and bad salt creep. Thought it calibrator. So I tried refractor meter. Still high so I been putting filtered water no salt. Trying to get down no luck yet. Any advice wo be greatly appreciated.

Welcome back to the hobby! What have you been topping off your tank with? Salt doesn’t evaporate from water, so you should always be topping off the tank with freshwater. Saltwater should only be used for water changes.

Look into an Ice Cap digital pocket tester. Easiest way to test without the extra steps.
Can you list all of your water parameters?
