Title pretty much asks my question , i have electric green & 14K gold Leptos that id like if possible to grow together on a rock & i see they have feeder tenticles like say a Stunner Chalice would have only smaller so im a bit concerned. Anyone with info on them would be greatly app. I tried but can't seem to find this answer about these particular encrusters.

Well,
Since apparently no one has ever placed this particular coral together in a splice or side by side ill go ahead and be the test mule then. Sounds pretty safe to me like Cyphastrea or Pavona since its encrusting. Ill post what i find and a pic or two when some time has passed, if it works out some interesting splices could be had. If they quarrel then no big deal ill separate them again.

I think it will almost certainly be fine, but that's JMO. I'd do it without thinking too hard beforehand.

Yea im not too worried they seem very mellow corals, im cooking a handmade large curved arch i made from gluing 6 pcs. of chiseled & drilled like swiss cheese clean dry rock that one its cycled & placed in my display will get the final placement of all my corals as most are still on frag plugs & acrylic holders so im still waiting for the nitrites to read 0 testing my patience! LOL. Only been just barely 3 weeks.............Im adding ammonia drops ea. day to try to build up a super bacteria colony before i swap out my lovely encrusted coralline rocks so my tank won't exp. any cycling shifts just have an ugly white rock structure but can live with that. When it can consume 8 drops of ammonia with 0 readings & also no nitrites then ill go for it maybe another month? Sigh.....But better safe then impatient! Thanks for the go ahead im glad to hear at least one person say go for it.
