Old to new 540 gallon question

So i have a 100 gallon reef tank wit about 200 pounds of live rock and 100 pounds of live sand and also i have a 90 gallon fowlr wit about 100 pounds of live rock and 100 pounds of live sand and i have about 50 pounds of dryed rock that i took out from the 90 gallon. so im starting up a new tank thats going to be 540 gallon size 96x43x30 my sump is about 180 gallon size 72x30x18 my skimmer is going to be Skimz Octa SC255i Internal Protein Skimmer. my question is will i be able to use all that rock and sand and throw it in my new tank its going to be a reef tank

I'd keep the rock and dump the sand. If there are any pests on the rock it would probably be a good time to take care of those. Maybe do an acid bath in the rocks if you have phosphate problems or a lot of pests on them.

keep the rocks. and sock em like pfan151 said.
make sure u brush the rocks with a hard brush

Can i dry out all the old rock for about a weak and scrub it and then throw it in the new tank and start a new cycle? I kinda wanna make sure all the pest or anything on the rock is dead i dont mind cycling the new tank for a few months
