Older 6100 Turbelle not working right

I have a used unit that I bought from a local reefer maybe a year ago and the pump used to work fine. I assumed that there was some blockage but I thoroughly cleaned the pump and it still doesn't work. I can plug it in and it sounds like it is on (no alarm goes off until maybe 5 minutes of being plugged in) and the prop is not turning. I can easily take out the prop and even turn it with my fingers. I looked inside the driver to see if there was water damage and there isn't any. Is there anything that I can do or do I have to send it in? I do not have any original papers and I doubt it is still on warranty.

A 6100 would be at a minimum 5 years old so it would be correct that the warranty has passed. It could be as old as 10 years old and these pumps are nearing the end of the expected life and the electronic parts are no longer made so repair options are limited and usually consist of upgrading to the 6105.

The one thing you could check is that the 3000.610 bearing is not stuck to the drive magnet and that the 3000.612 Oring is not inverted on top, it should be underneath the bearing. If the drive unit is the pre 2006 6100.600 it may also have a broken break shoe, The later drive unit was 6100.700 and had fewer parts and is more durable.

Ok so more information. The pump is the Tunze Turbelle stream 6100.10. The driver is the 7240.27. Do you have any pictures or can point me in the direction of which is the bearing? The O ring that is around the pump (orange) is still intact and in good condition
