Older versions of Apex firmware

Ok guys I currently have the latest firmware installed 4.40. I cannot keep my Apex up long enough to install the web page updates. Most of my pages don't work and now my internet access barely works at all on the Apex. Does anyone here have any of the firmware prior to this latest release. Want to try and downgrade and see if I can get this thing at least back working. Not sure it will work but worth a try. Thanks in advance!

did you re-initialize the memory first then try to flash? I had that happen to me, I had to completely reset the device (called memory initialization).

I have done the initialization all several times. No change. My email is sublinx@me.com if you can shoot me a few of the firmware updates. I really appreciate the help. Also not my temp reads 19.7. Never changes and it is set at Fahrenheit. I'm dying over here. Lol.

I would like to thank you uwish for the help. The firmware didn't work sadly. The Neptune guy telnetted in and found it was a hardware issue with the base unit.

How much are they charging you to fix the base unit?

$35-$150 to fix and $219 just to buy one plus shipping I assume.

Sounds like a perfect opportunity to get a spare base unit. I'd buy a new base unit and send the old one in for repair. I keep a spare base unit here myself along with the rest of my spare components. You can never be too prepared!
