Awesome tank Greg! Can you post your equipment and regiment on the tank or is there somewhere I can find it possibly your past totm feature. If your equipment/regiment is on that link can you update us on any equipment changes and regiment changes?
Thanks! Bill

+1 on what Vasilthegreek said :). Here is a fun question; what dose in (ml) off Ca and Alk two part based on say a Randy Holmes 2-part would you guess it takes per day to feed a beast display like yours? Anybody in touch with their inner chemistry ego care to make a guess.... Not looking for Ca reactor as answer, more a ball park quantified consumption guess..... Awesome system, thanks for sharing ....

Thanks very much.
Equipment is listed in that article but here is the updated list - there are just a couple of changes but still very basic.

Return pump - Reeflow Dart
Skimmer - Euro-reef RC500
Powerheads - Vortech - 4x MP40WP & 3x MP60WP
Lighting - 3x 250 watt 14K HQI, 2x 150 watt 14K DE, 12x 4 watt T5's, 1 Radion LED fixture (used in an area of approx 2 feet square to replace a previous 250 watt MH pendant)
Doser - Fauna Marine "GHL" stand alone (got rid of the GHL controller -had issues so I traded it in on the stand alone doser since that is all I really used it for anyway) I dose Randy's 2 part recipe except I use better quality chemicals than he lists, I still use Arm & Hammer to make my "soda ash".
RO unit - BRS 300 GPD
I took out the closed loop along with the Hammerhead Pump - replaced the flow with MP60's and the water temp dropped 3 degrees F.

I have been forced to change salt from Reefer's Best to H2Ocean due to a lack of availability.

Thanks.
I'm not up to the consumption I had a few years ago with lots of big colonies - back then I was dosing about 2 liters (quarts) per day each of alk & ca. I am only about 1/2 that right now.

Damn Greg your tank is well on its way to TOTM again!!
I love reading bout your tank and the way you are dealing with the challenges!!
Keep up the good work. Hope to see you soon with a purchase of corals for the revamped bio cube 29.
Cheers

Hey long time no see. Thanks for looking and I look forward to seeing you in the near future.

So nice! Can't wait to see it live and do some shopping! Super inspirational, thanks for all the work updating and posting about your tanks.

Everything about this aquarium is amazing. It's awesome that you've got plenty of caves and rock structure, and also a lot of room for your corals to grow at the same time. Thanks for sharing this with us.
