OM squirt 4 way flow restriction

How much flow restriction does the OM squirt 4 way have. I know the SCWDs reduce your flow by a lot. Do the OM squirts restrict flow, and if so, to what degree

As long as you dont have to throttle down the plumbing its not too bad.
