I recently purchased an OM Squirt from Paul at Oceans Motions. Everyone on RC raves about the customer service that this company offers. Everyone is absolutley right!!!!! I myself work in an extremely customer service oriented business, and I must say that Paul raises the bar for all businesses.

I noticed that my Squirt stopped working. I emailed Paul with my problem looking for advice and direction. About 10 minutes later he called me at home! After talking me through the process of disassembling my Squirt, I found that the reason it stopped working was due to a mistake I made. I threaded my PVC fitting in too far and it stopped the drum from turning. After fixing it, the Squirt worked flawlessly.

Customer service to die for and a superb product; we as a group need to support this company and individual. We need more companies with the ethics of this one.

I agree with the great customer service!!! I had a question once and Paul gave me his personal number and answered my questions at like 8pm at night. He is very easy to work with.

You are absolutely right. I sent him an e-mail regarding a plumbing question, and he replied right away, and actually gave me a phone call that night.
