Omaha Swap Meet

We our announcing our first annual Omaha Marine Society swap meet on Sunday October 1st from 1pm till 6pm. It will be held at Paradise Cove Pets in Bellevue, Ne. Heres the address for all out-of-towners; 2201 thurston cir.bellevue NE Phone: (402)293-1050. This is open to the public. Table purchase is $20 for members, $30 for non. Table registration(including fee) must be done by Wednesday, September 20th. We encourage people to share a table however the limit is 2 sellers (not people) per table. Sale of items will include anything fish related, fresh or saltwater. Were sorry but please, no retailers tables. There will be hotdogs and drinks available to purchase. We will also be holding a raffle and the winning party must be present.
Depending on size of event, we may need to setup an outside tent on the premise so please be mindful of any and all livestock you bring with you.

All proceeds from this event go right back into the society fund for future speakers and other events throughout year since we work as nonprofit only.

Please come and sell buy and enjoy a time with fellow hobbyist who don’t see “just a box with water”.

Because of the lack of people wanting to sell stuff at the swap meet we have decided to cancel. We still need to raise money so that we can bring in the guest speakers like Anthony Calfo and Steven Pro. Our dues alone can only support a couple of these a year. Please let me know if you have any ideas on how we could raise money. I would love to see us bring in 4-5 national speakers a year.
