Once again Roger takes care of his customers

Just a thank you to Roger who mailed me out a free o-ring that I lost down the drain while cleaning my impeller. Its not the cost of the o-ring rather the fact that this is the second time he has mailed me out a part for free and both times I had it within 2-3 days.

Try that with some other vendors.

Same experience here. Broken part replaced in two days. No questions asked. I also appreciate the fact that his answers to questions are honest and based on what is best for your situation. Most Supplier/Vendors would sell it to you regardless. That makes the Tunze product line worth every penny. Roger I hope you are well paid...
 
Add me to that list of satisfaction as well. He replaced my wornout impeller units with the new ones at alittle discount and sent my 2 6100s back for free.
 
I just want to chime in....

He sent me a part to fix my NanoReefpack, and some adhesive to repair a broken mount, same situation. The guy is amazing; I've had contact with several other "premium" aquarium lines to fix broken items, nothing, nothing like this. Yeah my Streams and Reefpacks might cost more than Seios and Seaclones, but you actually get a killer product, and unbelievable service should there ever be a problem....

I'd like to add, none of the issues with my stuff did I feel Roger had a responsibility to fix (One I feel is shipping damage), but without question, he stepped up.. I'll def. buy Tunze again, without hesitation.....

Roger- great customer service. You gotta come see the tank- 3 6100's and two waveboxes on a mulit controller. Tunze techonology all over the place! thanks for fixing that wavebox the other day!
