...great job on the order. Another group order I organized.

The hoek is crazy beautiful (in interceptor right now).

The pair of golden coral banded shrimp are clearly a pair, though they were a bit teeny tinier than I was expecting. I guess 1" really isn't that big in shrimp terms :)

The loisetta one of the guys got is HUGE and beautiful!

The aussie delicate and digi show a little breakage. Have you guys considered shipping those attached to styro maybe, so they float? Not sure if that would help.

And the anthias another guy got had really nice color, and can't beat the sale price!

Thanks again!

SDguy,

Thank you for your post. We are glad to hear that you are pleased with the coloration of the items you have received and hope that they continue to thrive in your aquarium. Additionally, we are sorry to hear about the breakage on your Australian Delicate Staghorn and Indigo Digitata coral. Your shipping suggestions have been forwarded to our Aquaculture Coral & Marine Life Facility for review and future consideration. Please contact us by PM or at 1-800-334-3699 so we can discuss your order with you.

No worries :) With the aussie delicate, I don't see how you could ship it without some breakage. Those are some of the thinnest branches I have ever seen on an acro. The digi just separated from the frag plug, so no big woop.

How cryptic are the golden coral banded shrimp? I have not seen them since I put them in the tank. I don't have a lot of hiding space...my rock structure is all pillars. Even with a flashlight after lights out....I have managed to find every single tentacle of every single spaghetti worm in my tank, but no golden coral banded shrimp antennae... :(

SDguy,

The Coral Banded Shrimp are nocturnal and prefer the protection of an overhang or cave in the rock during the day. You may be able to catch a glimpse of the shrimp at night by feeding meaty foods after the lights are off for the night. We recommend using either lunar lights or a red film over the flashlight to keep from frightening the nocturnal specimens in the aquarium during nighttime viewing.

SDguy, try throwing some pellets or food in too, mine was very shy originally, always hiding upside down in a cave but now comes out for food.

I actually finally saw them late last night :D

Now that I know where they are, I'll target feed, to grow them a little bigger!

SDguy,

Thank you for the update. We are pleased to hear that you finally saw the Coral Banded Shrimp and that he is doing well.
