One eye twice as big as other

Well I have nice 3 year (6") old hepatus. This week I noticed that one of his eyes is twice as big as other and kind of foggy. :hmm3:
Fish itself became quite letargic lately...

Is there anything familiar to anyone in this description?

Well, after some research seems that this is called popeye...

pop eye can be due to a lot of reasons, but bacterial infection is the most common. does he have any other symptoms that would indicate parasitc infections?

If no symptoms of parasites, i would go ahead and use either maracyn-2 or kanamycin (can be purchased as KanaPlex from seachem, it's a small blue bottle with orange cap).
