Very nice! at least I know where all my new frags are coming from. :-)

Very nice Rob, I like it a lot. You need to post some closer shots now. Can't wait to see it in person sometime soon. Talk to you later.

I guess my old and tattered frags don't do it for you anymore.:sad1:
Whenever you want to go over to Rob's place just let me know.
Have a good evening D.

No. Your old and tattered frags are fine, you're just outta montis. :-)

Yeah, it can be hard not to get them in the shot, no biggie though, I won't hold it against you, I have enough of them myself. Although I never see him eat them(I think it eats them at night or in the morning before the lights are on, I can see him all over the place picking at the rocks), my Copperband is seeming to do the trick, I definitely don't have as many now that I did, just a month or so ago, just a couple here and there now.
We all have our own battles with our tanks and it seems like it is always something just when you think you got it all figured out. That is what makes it so fun/frustrating/exciting/heartbreaking/etc./ect., I think the ups and downs are what really keep us interested in the hobby, meaning when all is good for awhile, we tend to lose some of the interest and attention the tank deserves.
Taking kids to McD's got to go, have a good one guys.

wow :eek2: Simply beautiful. Rimless tank yet too. What color temps are those bulbs? I'm debating between 14k and 20k.

I hear ya Matt! You make it kinda sound like golf... in a sense...

I was going to try a small Copperband when I run into one that looks good. I can keep him for a while and then pass him on if he gets too big for the tank. We'll see...

Thanks Joel!

It's actually an acrylic tank, so it has about a 3" rim running around the top. Those are 20k Radiums. I tried the 14k Phoenix but they we're a little too white for me. I think my ballast overdrives the lamps a little. I think it really depends on your ballast as far as what color you'll end up with...

Rob

Thanks B!

I'll work on getting a few close-ups for you guys. But it looks so good from far, far away! lol

And yeah, let's try to make a plan...

Hey Joel, been there man! :o

That's givin' me some serious flashbacks...

I remeber seeing your nanocube upstairs. That was some scary stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why does your tank look like a supernova is happening above it? I think you need new bulbs, or ballasts, or reflectors, or a lower light, or all of the above. :-)

Nope. That guy has some serious lighting issues he needs to resolve. I'v eseen his tank in person. Its ok, but he needs a new fixture, ballasts, etc.

1000 watt'r should be good over that then, I'd think. I think it may be too much flow in there also, the fish all get blown to the sides.

Rob, did you get any more fish yet? Did you move the lights down anymore? So far so good on the frags I got from you, thanks again. Missed you at the swap on Sat., bummer you had to work. Darin and I had a really good time. Can't wait to eat some more of that good Mexican food. Talk to you later bro.
