So its a 120G (4x2x2). 3" of sand and a lot of live/base rock. Got a nice skimmer BK 160, bio reactor, calcium reactor, media reactor.. all should be pretty good.

Mixed reef: some sps, lps, a clam, etc.

Current Stocking:
- Pair snowflake clowns, 2.3" and 2"
- Potter's angel, 2.5" (my favorite)
- Chromis, 1.5" (my least favorite.. wish the hawk would eat him)
- Pixy Hawkfish, 2.5"
- Tomini Tang, 3"
- Haddoni carpet
- Six line wrasse, 2"

I'm thinking maybe regal angel? What else is good or unique/rare?

IMO, your tank is too small for a Regal Angel. They are difficult fish (origin is vital) and have too much nervous energy for a 4" tank. This would be your most aggressive fish, which normally goes in last; but because of the difficulty acclimating Regals, I think they should be the 1st fish. Adding a Regal to this mix now would (IMO & IME) , make a tough situation even tougher. Being first allows them to become established and less intimidated by newcomers. I see you have a Potters and keeping him means you're doing a lot of things right. I personally don't feel fish that are much larger than your Potters belong in a 4' tank, just not enough swimming room. If you want a tang, you picked the right one. There are a lot of reef-safe wrasse that would do well in your tank; if you have one of the more civilized 6 Lines.
