One month old 6045 still goes in reverse?

Hi,

I bought a 6045 nanostream that's been in my tank over a month and it still goes in reverse a lot of times. Even after 12 hours it doesn't correct itself.

I have not modified the pump in anyway.

Any suggestions for how to fix it?

Overall I have been very happy with the nanostreams.
