one sick clown

First off, I bought a fish from petco. Second, I did not quarantine before adding him to the tank. I should have known better.

The fish I purchased is a ~1 in orange occelaris clown which I added to my tank that houses a mature black occ. clown. They are the only fish in my tank. They are getting along fine.

The orange clown seems very healthy and is eating and exploring the tank. After being in the tank a few days I noticed the black clown had a bit of a slimy film on her and suspected possible brook about to break out. The black clown also had heavy breathing, swollen gills, and what appears to be a swollen lower jaw/lip. She was also spending a lot of time in the same place at the bottom of the tank. Her mouth is always open.

A few days have gone by and I still have not removed the fish from the display. My reasons are that she has started to swim around the tank and seems interested when I feed the tank, but she still does not eat. The film on her body has not grown and may be disappearing. Gills are still swollen and the mouth still looks weird. The new clown seems to be in perfect health. I'm also not sure what to dose these fish with or if I should at all.

She is currently playing in the current of the powerhead in the middle of the tank. Pics I have really won't help because you cant really notice the details on the fish.

Suggestions?

Today the clown is without slime. She is eating and swimming around with the other clown. She still is breathing heavy and has swollen gills. Her mouth looks a lot better and isn't just hanging open. Last night she had some stringy white poop hanging out of her. Lateral line is more noticable.

At this point I think the fish is getting better. I don't think I'm going to try to treat the fish or remove them from the display unless things start going down hill.
