One-spot FoxFace and RBTA

Hello all,
Added a one-spot foxface rabbitfish to my 'almost' reef tank (125). I love this gal. We call her "Foxy" and she has a terriffic personality. She is cleaning and cleaning and cleaning. Loves the hair algae. Can't tell for sure, but looks like she might be getting after some aptasia as well.

Well, that's not all. Though she's leaving my frogspawn, green star polyps, acan, and zoos alone, she is doing the unthinkable (IMO). She launched a direct assault on my large RBTA. Went right after a tentacle. It would have been funny if it weren't so dangerous for both animals! You could almost hear her howling as she jetted fiercely back and forth around the tank, reeling in pain. The white burn mark on her mouth went away for 24 hours.

"The LFS told me she was absolutely reefsafe"....

So far, no repeats. The way she behaves, though, I'm not convinced she's a scholar....

Whatdoya think? What's the over/under for a repeat performance?

Suggestions? The sign I posted, "Watch out, the anenome will sting you" doesn't seem to work.

Thanks.

I have a one spot in a tank with a few anemones, one at least as large as a trash can cover. The foxface has never bothered any of the nems, I really dont think it pays them any mind at all. I think yours might have been over excited and figured 'you never know till you try', but likely learned his lesson.

Yea, I have a pair of them and many RBTAs in the tank, never seen them bother one. I think yours is just a little dumb. But I doubt it will do that again. :D
