One spot foxface has an extra one

Any ideas of what this could be? Water parameters are good no new livestock. The fish has been in my tank for 6 plus months. I'm thinking a burn from touching a RBTA. Any ideas?

It does look like a sting from a nem or coral. Should heal on its own, although vitamins soaked in fish food might help expedite the healing process.
