one spot foxface has something stuck in mouth/unhappy

it looks like maybe hair or some kind of algae but he has been irritated and is trying to shake it off.. anything i can do to help him? ill try and post pics i guess..

you can kinda see it sticking out of his mouth area.. hard to get a good pick..

hard to see it but it doesnt look wrapped around or anything, but for some reason its stuck there..

it was actually in the way at feeding time he was struggling to get the actual food into his mouth..
 
just saw him in the back of tank, a cleaner shrimp was going to town on his mouth but it still looks as if its bothering him..
 
idk, never seen that parasite but to me it just looks like some odd hairball he cant cough up..

i think something got in the water when i was topping off.. he is one ****ed off fish tho and he is rubbing his face on rocks and twitching around, i feel helpless..

Yea there's that and he doesn't like my ARM coming at him it would be close to impossible.. I'm surprised the cleaner shrimp couldn't help he was basically in the ff's mouth.. u think it will just come loose eventually? Something is just stuck in there he is breathing fine at least..

yea i think it finally got dislodged he is fine today again. seeing him so stressed out though was worrisome i saw the cleaner shrimp jump on its back trying to help while his spines were raised i was worried about that and he seemed to get a bit more aggressive as he grew more annoyed..
