online fish purchasing question

I'm curious...Has anyone purchased fish online? If so, what was the experience like (price, condition of fish, shipping, customer service....) ?

I once ordered fish from Petsolutions. Service was great. Fish in perfect health/ no marks. MOst places have a 14 day guarantee.

We will be making our order throuogh liveaquaria at the end of the month if you can hold out till then. Let me know.

I have had trouble with 3 diferent fish orders from live aquaria, but the corals have been better then expected.

I have had no problems with either petsolutions or saltwaterfish.com though

Ordered fish from MarineDepotLive.com with overall great experience. The only casualty was a red linkia star fish which are rather too delicate for box shipping.

Next week I am expecting $200 box loaded with corals from Pacific East Aquaculture.

So far I am having good luck.

I've ordered from MarineDepotLive and LiveAquaria and had decent luck with both. Small specimen, though, with both. HAve had corals and fish - overall - not bad,

I've bought tons of corals online, but usually I can get the fish I want ordered locally so I do that.

I have ordered fish online from Marine Center, which specializes in rarities. They are pretty expensive though.

I have had good experiences with both Marine Center and petsolutions. Very hit of miss with saltwaterfish, and liveaquaria I had a problem with but it was a long time ago. My pink skunk clowns were hand picked by reefermadness from the wholesalers warehouses.
