Online vendor/set up advise

I'm setting up a 29gal and thinking of buying a Tunze nano skimmer and a CRR HOB Refugim.

Two questions...

1. What are your thoughts on this set up?

2. Which vendors do you have good experiances with?

I would bbuy those straight from the manufacturer. You will have better luck. Will there be any sump on the system?

You want to make sure you have good lighting, a heater, tank, and stand.

There are some great online vendors, try websites like Marine Depot, JP, and DFS for the equipment.

I would put the refuge and skimmer in a sump if you have one. You will also need to look into and overflow.

I was thinking of the HOB refuge in leiu of the sump.

I've got a 29 gal tank currently cycling with 40lbs of sand (20 live) and 30 lbs. of live rock.

I agree - Dr. Foster Smith is great. Unfortunatley, they don't carry these particular products.
