Only partial order shipped

I ordered a few things from you yesterday morning and it shipped yesterday and should be here today. I got an email stating that only part of my order shipped. So I called and they said that the lyretails didnt ship. So I thought you were out of them, I checked the site and it still says in stock???

Just wondering whats going on. Dont really want to pay $35 to ship a lemonpeel and two cleaner shrimp.

Thank you for your post. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to ship you order complete. The order shipments depend on what we have available at our holding facility and the health of the specimens. We will be more than happy to hold your order open for two weeks and if they become available we will send one more shipment with no additional shipping charges.

If your back order does not ship within two weeks, you may certainly contact our LiveAquaria Department to have a substitute order placed. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Did this ship? I got a pm saying it shipped today but I never got a confirmation email with tracking.
Like I stated in the pm, I am working 12 hour shifts right now and didnt get an option on what day to receive the livestock. Will they be ok until 7 at night or so if brought indoors?
