Opinion on phos reactor

I am trying to decide on what the best phosphate reactor to buy. I am looking at either the ViaAqua Poly-Reactor PR 20/20 comes with pump or the TLF PhosBan Reactor 150 - no pump they are the same price. Here are the links to both. Also what do you think the best media for it would be and why do some people just run carbon in it. I have a 90 gallon mixed reef.

I would get the TLF 550, it is about tripple the size of the 150.

I was using a ViaAqua Poly-Reactor and the pump quit on me now I'm saving my money for the TLF 150. The ViaAqua was nice while it worked but I wouldn't waste the money on it again, just my opinion.
