Optimal feeding time for corals?

I see that you have tubastreas. I do, too. I feed my tank when they are open. My process is I put a feeding cap over it and feed the other corals while it re-extends its feeding polyps from being disturbed. My LPS (Bubble, Acan, both Hammers, and Candy Cane) and usually my ricordias get a simple squirt. Then whatever is left gets squirted and circulated in the feeding cap until almost all of it is stuck on the polyps. Then I remove the cap and whatever didn't gets stuck feeds my fish, any corals that want to attach to any food, and what is left is cleaned up by my nassarius snails, hermit crabs, and bristleworms.

Oh, and I do all my feeding with a turkey baster.

I don't personally have one, but I shy away from them because I would hate the thought of one getting stuck or broken and pouring it's contents into my tank all at once. Plus I usually feed my tank with very meaty stuff such as mysis and a homemade mush. And those have to stay frozen. Also, I forgot to mention. My Black Tubastrea usually comes out to feed at about 8pm-10pm. And my lights are on from about 10am-10pm (Sometimes later)
