I think the tank is two big for that to be sufficient. Given the width and volume I think the full size 6212 would be required and 2 6105's, though you will likely need to turn the 6105's down and not run them at full power.
The wavebox would go on a side wall aimed down the length of the tank, it should have minimal obstructions between the outlet and far wall. The 6105's would go one in each back corner, aimed to hit the front 3ft down.
It may work, but it is not ideal and a lot will depend on tank layout. It is supposed to be installed aimed down the entire length of the aquarium with a minimum of obstacles.
With that layout the wavebox will need to be in the front facing down the length of the tank to work optimally. It may be able to go further back depending on the height of the rock work.
The 6091 can be connected to the 7095 but it serves only one purpose, alternating between the 6055's and the wavebox and this is an unusual application. The only reason you would want to do this is for certain filter feeding soft corals, gorgonians and basket stars where the wave could be used during feeding hours for flow before changing to linear flow. It is a rarely used combo with a very limited usefulness.
So I set up the wave box and all it does is runs. No wave action. The 6091 "flashes" like its working. But the box just runs one speed. No starting and stopping.
The cable from the controller is loose or broken, please try the slave cable, it has the same function, this will help verify that it is just a bad cable, likely a wire came detached inside the controller.
