It's coming from high light. So light is not an issue. I want to know what the best flow for it is.

They recommend medium to High flow. When buying a coral with ORA in the name, try their website!

Mine is a great grower and can handle my highest par and highest flow.

Wasn't for me. This thing has survived just about everything. Pretty darn hardy.
