ORA naked clowns

I was browsing LA and they have naked clownfish.

Are the all naked clowns better or the ones with white dots? By better i mean rarer. If i were to breed white dotted ones, will the genetics produce full nakeds with some of the fry being dotted?

Better? I don't think I would say better. They are more rare I believe. The fry would likely be a mix.
