ORA Occelarris Clowns

What are the chances of tank raised clowns hosting? And if you know what kinds are the best bet please speak up!

Tank-bred clowns are very likely to take to an anemone. I have tank-bred ocellaris and they quickly took to my anemones. Ocellaris, Clarkii or Percula, for that matter, will likely go into an anemone, it doesn't really have much to do with the species. What is more important is what type of anemone you are going to get. BTA's are natural hosts for Clarkii, tomatos, maroons and in aquariums, often ocellaris and percula, but not in the wild. BTA's are the hardiest, and therefore, if you haven't kept an anemone long-term in the past, BTA's (Entacmea quadricolor) is probably your best bet. Just read up on their care before you get one. There's lots of info on keeping them on RC, Wetwebmedia, Karen's Rose Anemones, etc.

Well, Rose BTA's are expensive, but regular green BTA's are about as cheap as anemones get--for the host anemones that is.
