orange anthias

I have a anthias that I have had over a year but recently has been acting strange it hangs vertically in the water and its color is fading. Water parameters are normal ph is 8.4 ammonia 0 nitrates 0 nitrates 0 nitrates 0 spg 1.023 any ideas he has been eating but not like it used to.

I have 1 male and 3 female lyrentail orange anthias. I have seen them doing that as well. I wonder if maybe it is changing into a male. These anthias will do that but I have not had it happen.

I only have the one in my tank would it do that if its by itself? Also have mated pair of percula clowns and a green chromis.
