orange cap

My orange cap looks like it is slowly sheding its orange. What causes this and what can be done? Looks like my hairy mushroom is wilting away also.

well your nitrate at 30 is going to kill any sps pretty quick
50% water change followed by 25 % the next day is what I'd do

Ok...I have the RO unit running right now. I knew there was a reason for buying that Iwaki motor last night. I am in the process of building a refugium. This just lets me know that I dont need anymore SPS until the refugium is up and running.
