Has anyone made a determination on if the "Orange Frilly Limpet" commonly found as a hitchhiker on Florida Live Rock is reef safe ????

orange limpets

orange limpets

They are cool...mine started as specks...my florida rock had them and another hard shell limpet and the three prowl around along w/ quite a few brittle stars and six happy blue legs, five happy star snails..and shrooms , gsp's , worms, ect. ect.. like I said kind of cool for a fun low maint, 12g nano..

I have a 6week old 40g stretch hex w/two clowns alomg w/ 50 lbs. of tonga and 400w MH and 64 watts blue pc's that wll be more of a show case tank, but that 12g fun tank has tons of life...the # of pods is incredible....they have a peronality too..

fun hobby

still amazes me that after almost a year in my tank, i still find things i haven't seen before. few weeks ago was this orange guy. two nights ago, some sort of sea slug (possibly a sea hare).
