orange shoulder staying in on place

Does the abdomen look swollen? It looked strange from the picture, but hard to tell.
Lol those first pics were from before he was sick. He was morbidly obese. I've had him a couple years and easily the fattest fish I had including the 14" vlamingii. I'm guessing that's why he is still alive after about 4 weeks of me not seeing him eat. I still feed every couple days and don't notice it still in the qt so hopefully he is eating it and it just not going under the rock. I've been so religious on WC since I've been trying to feed with no filtration but when medicating I can't just water change the medicine out.. I've spent more for sure in medicine then I could have replaced him for but he is going to make it

So I dosed the last of the 3 doses (every other day) of kanaplex last night around 9pm and woke up to an orange shoulder that looked like the skin was falling off of him. Looked a lot like brook is described as but he was in qt for like 4 weeks now. I'm pretty sure I strictly followed instructions but could overdosing the kanaplex cause this? I mixed it in with a gallon of rodi last night and topped off and this morning I new he wouldn't make it to noon. I'm about to bury him. Mission was a failure...

Given that nothing wet had been introduced to the tank I doubt you are dealing with Brook. Is he still alive?
No it died within probably 2 hrs of me seeing it in the morning so it was probably 7 hrs after I added the kanaplex. The skin looked like it was falling off him when I woke up and he had black lines all over him.
