Orange shoulder tang eye problem

Hi, I just bought an orange shoulder tang that I thought was healthy, but met to pick it up at night so I couldn't see it very well. When I got home to acclimate it to its QT tub I noticed it has a cloudy popeye. Apparently the sellers other fish picked on it which probably caused the problem.

Do I need to treat the fish or just see how it does in good water quality with good food?

If it was caused by an injury it will likely heal on its own with good water quality and enriched foods. Since you have it in qt I'd watch for a couple of days to see if it's improving or getting worse. If it gets worse you can treat with an antibiotic in a few days.

It's eye is getting a bit clearer and it's eating well. I'll keep watching it to make sure it gets better but as of right now meds don't look necessary.
