Orange shoulder tang

I have this guy in QT along with a Blue throat trigger and foxface. Yesterday I noticed a few discolored spots on him, and today there are more. I took a video as pics just weren't happening. He is eating like a pig but I'm concerned about the discolorations, any ideas? They are currently being treated with Cupramine, could the trigger or foxface possibly be the culprit?

Injury is a definite possibility. With the way he thrashes about during feeding time, he could be cutting himself on that dead coral skeleton you have laying on the bottom of the tank.

I dont know how you could have seen anything. The blurrrrrrrr I saw may have been a tang. Lol looked like a good looking fish to me.

Notice anything on the others?

I know, sorry about the video, he doesn't stay still! Everyone else is fine. I'll take out that coral skeleton, it's not really providing much hiding space laying on the ground like that anyway.
