I have not seen him since sunday where could he be.

mine has the tendensy to hide until feeding time. Try some food are garlic to get him to come out. If that don't work check to see if he jumped or is stuck in an overflow or something

I tried feeding and still did not see him and he cant jump because I have egg crate on the top of my tank.

I thought I lost a goby... I thought we was gone too... I lost him for over a week. I just found him under a rock. He made his home under a rock... check around your rocks might have burrowed a nest for himself
